Contractor documents

You can see which documents are missing and which stop being valid within the month. Requests go out in bulk and chasers send themselves.

Contractor register: Name, tax ID, category and contact person. Correspondence goes out in the language you pick.
Requirement sets: Assign a document template to one contractor or to a whole category at once.
Review queue: Accept or reject with a reason. The contractor sees the decision right away.
Expiry dates: A warning arrives 30 days before the deadline. After it passes the document turns red.
Upload by link: Opens on a phone and needs no account or password.
Export: Download the full set of files with their statuses when an audit comes.
